Abstract,
At present,as the commodity economy is extremely developed,as a service means of attracting the consumers,advertisements are everwhere in the economic life,and the commercial advertisements represneted by the stars are coming out one after the other.However,in recent years,stars who represnet the sham advertisements is much too common,which brings great harm to the consumers.However,the legislation against the sham advertisements are not complete,what's more,the legal rules about the legal responsibility of the stars' representing the sham advertisement is even more in shortage.In China's current laws,there is only the "Law of Food Safety" has made some rules towards the representers of the sham advertisement,and its sphere of application is limited.Starting from the China's facts and the present situation of the legislation,as well as combining the related legal principle and statute,the paper makes a brief talk on the civil liability bearing of the stars' representing the sham advertisement.

Highly developed commodity economy today, advertising the service as a means to attract consumers in the economic life everywhere in the star as a spokesperson for commercials is endless.
